4. Klaviyo — Email marketing
For sending our newsletter and transactional emails, we use Klaviyo, Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo processes your email address and usage behaviour (e.g. opens, clicks) to personalise our communications. 5. Meta Pixel & Conversions API (Facebook & Instagram)
This website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, services of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Meta Pixel enables us to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and to serve targeted ads. The Meta Conversions API supplements this through server-side transmission of event data to improve measurement accuracy. The data collected in this context is anonymous to us — we cannot draw conclusions about individual users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, which means a connection to the respective user profile is possible.
