§ 1 Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.babymuzzi.com. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Contracting parties The purchase contract is concluded between you and Baby Muzzi AG, Seestrasse 138, 8802 Kilchberg ZH, Switzerland (hereinafter "Baby Muzzi").

§ 3 Conclusion of contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance takes place upon dispatch of an order confirmation by email or upon shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.

§ 4 Prices and payment All prices include the applicable statutory VAT of the delivery country. The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

§ 5 Shipping and delivery Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping to Germany is free of charge. Estimated delivery times are: Germany 1–2 business days, rest of EU 2–5 business days. These estimates are non-binding. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as customs clearance, strikes or force majeure — do not give rise to any claim against Baby Muzzi AG.

§ 6 Retention of title The delivered goods remain the property of Baby Muzzi AG until payment has been received in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

§ 8 Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, please contact hello@babymuzzi.com. We will take care of a solution personally and promptly.

§ 9 Limitation of liability Baby Muzzi is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In all other respects, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

§ 10 Online dispute resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Applicable law and jurisdiction Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent that the mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence do not take precedence. For consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective EU member state also apply.
