Shipping policy
Shipping area We ship within the European Union and to Switzerland. Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your delivery country and the number of play mats ordered. We offer free shipping to Germany. For Switzerland we ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price. No additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery times Orders are usually processed on the same business day if placed before 12:00 noon.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Germany: 1–2 business days Austria & France: 2–3 business days Switzerland: 3–5 business days Rest of EU: 3–5 business days
Deliveries are made on business days. Delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.
These estimates are non-binding. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as customs clearance, strikes or force majeure — do not give rise to any claim against Baby Muzzi AG.
Order tracking After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, which you can use to follow your delivery at any time.
Returns You have 30 days from delivery to return the mat — no reason required. The mat must be returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging. Returns are sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
